Ans. Our rental packages include a wireless phone, a SIM card for
the desired home service area of travel, a battery and charger suitable for use
in that country or region.

Q. How the rent is calculated?
Ans. At the time of your purchase we request you to enter your
departure & return date, based on those dates your rent will be calculated and charged
at the time of purchase. If we see any usage beyond your return date or if we have
not received the phone back within 7 working days of your return, a late return
fee of $5 per day will be applied.
Q. What happens if there is a delay in returning the rented phone?
Ans. RebelFone gives you 7 days buffer time to send the phone back
after your return. In case we have not received the phone back within 7 working
days of your return, a late return fee of $5 per day will be applied till the day
we receive the phone back
Q. How Do I report a lost or stolen phone?
Ans. If your rental phone is stolen or lost you must contact Rebelfone
immediately, customers are responsible for all calls on the phone until the service
is suspended. Contact Rebelfone immediately at 1-800-375-7163 or by email
support@rebelfone.com.
A $100 lost fee will be applied in addition to your usage.
Q. What Are the Shipping Charges?
Ans: We provide standard FedEx shipping at $15.00, two day FedEx shipping at
$25.00, next day service at $40.00 and Saturday delivery at $75.00. We have other options for shipping which you can get on checkoutpage too.
Q. Can I keep my US phone number?
Ans: You can retain your current US phone number. Your Belgium
SIM card will come with an Belgium cell phone number. However with RebelFone follow
me service we will give you a USA phone number that is mapped to your Belgium cell
phone number we assign. This USA number will accept calls from anywhere in North
America. You can simply forward your existing mobile or landline number to RebelFone
follow me number before you depart and all calls will be forwarded to your Belgium
sim. This way your contacts in USA will not incur international long distance charges
to reach you. You can also choose to have people call your RebelFone USA number
directly, instead of the overseas cell phone number, if you prefer.
