RebelFone Cell Phone rental terms
Package
As part of your rental package you will get the rental of a special Nokia 6085 GSM
Quad-Band “flip” style phone and the purchase of a SIM card specific
to your destination country. Rental pack also comes with the bonus of a charger
and an extra "backup" battery. Additional cell phone features include:
speaker phone, voice dialing, color display, polyphonic ringtones, 4 MB memory,
Gprs/Edge/Bluetooth/ USB, and a VGA 640x480 pixels camera.
We do not ship rentals outside of the US/Canada.
Security Deposit
For rentals only $100.00 security deposit (per phone) will be charged, when we receive
your rental return, we will refund the security deposit to your credit card minus
the Rental Fee for the period you had the phone. The $100 is charged upon checkout
is the SECURITY DEPOSIT for your rental.
Rental period
We are proud to offer you cheapest rental plan available in America at just $1 per
day.
Rental periods will commence on the date of departure and end the date the cell
phone rental is picked up by FedEx/Post for return to RebelFone, renter is not billed
for transit time. FedEx tracking information will be used to ascertain drop-off
and pick-up dates.
What is the latest I can order a rental phone?
You can order as far in advance as you like - even months prior to your departure.
You can call our toll free number (800-375-7163) in order to confirm your departure
date and we will not ship your rental until the appropriate date in order for you
to receive it in time for your departure.
Although it's not recommended to place your order at the last minute, you can order
up to one business day prior to your departure as long as you place an order prior
to 3 PM Eastern Time. Rentals are typically shipped FedEx Ground service (takes
3-4 busines days), unless faster service is required. Please take into account that
bad weather can sometimes delay FedEx shipments.
RebelFone cannot refund the price of priority shipping for orders placed the day
before departure if the package arrives late due to the uncontrollable factors.
Customers Returning Rentals
When renting from RebelFone we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label,
renter agrees to return rental at their own expense. We recommend using FedEx, the
rental period is ended by the post mark. Canadian customers agree to list the package
contents as “used cell phone $25”. Kindly use following address for

We recommend receiving a tracking number and/or receipt of transaction at: support@rebelfone.com in case the package is lost in transit.
General Terms
a) The cancellation fee for rentals is $25.00 per phone. You may cancel the order
before your order is shipped. Shipping costs are non refundable.
b) Renter shall accept the Equipment when delivered on or before the requested delivery
time. If, for any reason, renter fails or refuses to accept the Equipment when delivered
on or before such date Subscriber shall be liable for the stated Rental Charge (as
defined herein) and any applicable cancellation charge.
c) In the event of any loss, damage, destruction, theft or disappearance of the
Equipment subsequent to delivery to Renter, regardless of circumstances, Renter
shall pay to RebelFone on demand, an amount equivalent to the value of the Equipment
in accordance with RebelFone’s then-current listed equipment purchase prices.
In the event the Equipment is stolen or lost, Renter is liable for all Call and
Rental Charges on such Equipment until it is deactivated by the cellular carrier
d) If the Equipment is not in working order when received by Renter or subsequently
malfunctions, Renter shall notify RebelFone immediately. Renter is responsible for
and will be invoiced for all Charges incurred through the date Renter notifies RebelFone
that the Equipment is not working. RebelFone will repair or replace the Equipment
as soon as possible after it has been notified of the problem.
e) The Equipment, including the handset and all accessories will at all times remain
the property of RebelFone. Renter acquires no rights other than the right of temporary
use. During the Rental Period, no service or part replacements are authorized without
written approval from RebelFone.
