1. What is included in your rental pack?
Our rental packages include a wireless phone, a SIM card for the desired home service
area of travel, a battery and charger suitable for use in that country or region.

2. Why should I rent a cell phone from RebelFone?
Most cell phones that you would purchase in North America are locked, meaning that
you must use the provider's service for receiving or making phones calls. To use
them abroad you not only need them to be un-locked but they should to be compatible
between the American cell phone system and the GSM system almost universally adopted
elsewhere in the world. Although the US and Canada have some GSM service providers
like AT&T or T-Mobile now, most cell phone service is of a different type (CDMA/TDMA/iDEN)
and a different frequency as well!
Unfortunately, the GSM service in North America is in different frequency bands
to the rest of the world - 1900 and sometimes 850 MHz instead of 1800 and 900 MHz
used overseas. And there is no way that a 1900MHz phone will work at 1800 MHz (or
vice versa). Frustrating, isn't it!
To save you from this frustration we strongly recommend you rent one of our cell

3. How the rent is calculated?
At the time of your purchase we request you to enter your departure & return date,
based on those dates your rent will be calculated and charged at the time of purchase.
If we see any usage beyond your return date or if we have not received the phone
back within 7 working days of your return, a late return fee of $5 per day will
be applied.

4. What happens if there is a delay in returning the rented phone?
RebelFone gives you 7 days buffer time to send the phone back after your return.
In case we have not received the phone back within 7 working days of your return,
a late return fee of $5 per day will be applied till the day we receive the phone
back.

5. How do I report a lost or stolen phone?
If your rental phone is stolen or lost you must contact Rebelfone immediately, customers
are responsible for all calls on the phone until the service is suspended. Contact
Rebelfone immediately at 1-800-375-7163 or by email
support@rebelfone.com. A $100 lost fee will
be applied in addition to your usage.

6. I received my phone before my requested departure date, why?
You may have received your items before the requested departure date. We ship in
advance when there are several orders on the system to ensure that you will receive
your items on time. However, your daily rent will only be calculated from the date
you mentioned as your departure date while making the purchase.

7 . Why a security deposit is taken & when it is refunded?
A deposit is an actual charge taken from your credit card account. In case you rent
a cell phone from RebelFone we hold a $100 refundable deposit. Deposit will be held
till the time cell phone is returned and all call records are received and billed
to your credit card. When your final RebelFone invoice is produced your credit card
will be refunded for the excess credit we hold for you.

8. How much is the daily rental & security deposit for renting a phone?
Rent is $1 a day & refundable security deposit is $100 per phone.

In case of Lost/Stolen Battery : $20
In case of Lost/Stolen Battery Charger : $20
In case of Lost/Stolen Phone : $100
In case of Lost/Stolen Phone Box : $5.00
In case of Lost/Stolen Back Cover : $20.

10. Which service should I rent?
RebelFone offers two types of cell phone rental: country-specific and multi country
travel. If you are traveling to a single country you should rent a local service
for that Country, which enables you to take advantage of the local rates, low international
rates and FREE incoming calls in most countries.
If you are visiting more than one country within Europe you should
rent a cell phone for Europe, which enables you to take advantage of fixed & low
call rates in most of the European countries.
Or, if your itinerary includes multiple countries across different
continents you should rent a World Cell Phone. With this solution you will have
great savings on airtime, but will spend a little more for the added flexibility
of one SIM card that you can use wherever you travel in any of 200+ countries.
