Check that "Wi-Fi" mark appears on the display.

How to Connect with RebeFone 3G Pocket Wi-Fi

Select the Obtain IP Address / Obtain DNS Address Automatically in wireless network connection properties. Don’t use any predefined IP address/. Remove the predefined IP or static IP address if already available previously.
Go to Wireless Network Connection
Refresh The network list
An connection name World-3G-Wi-Fi will appear in the network list
Select the World-3G-Wi-Fi & click on connect button

It will automatically connected with the wireless network
