Ans: Insert your Rebelfone Prepaid SIM in an unlocked cellphone. Now enter the 4 digit PIN code mentioned on your SIM card, or welcome e mail. Once entered the SIM should automatically log on to E Plus network. This is now ready to use.
Q. How do I make or receive calls?
Ans: Making Calls
Your RebelFone Prepaid Germany SIM cards must have credit to make outgoing calls.
Always dial numbers with full international dialing code even if you are making
a local call within the country. (For Example dialing in Germany XXXXXXXXXX would
become +49XXXXXXXX and for making a call to USA dial +1XXXXXXXXX)
Your RebelFone Germany Prepaid SIM card has a local German phone number with FREE
Incoming across Germany. If you want to use your card on roaming please check the
rates by sending an email at email@example.com. Please mention the country you
will be using the sim and the country you will be calling. To call your mobile number,
your contacts should dial your number with Germany code. i.e. 0049XXXXXXXXXX or
RebelFone supports standard text messaging (SMS) for incoming & outgoing messages.
You must always dial “+” before any number & country code for sending a text message
Q. How do I Recharge?
Ans: Option 1: Go to www.rebelfone.com. To Login,
use your Mobile number as username and 4 digits pin
number as password. Once logged the user has to go a payment gateway to get his
Recharge Voucher. After the user receive the recharge voucher, they can recharge
their account by dialing *101*Voucher Code# (green button). The recharge value is
available in Euro 10 or multiple of Euro 10 only. Therefore, recharges, less than
Euro 10 is not possible.
Option 2: Alternatively, you can purchase additional credit from
Rebelfone by contacting our customer service at (1800-375-7163). This mode of payment
is valid for payment in cash or if you’re online recharge fails. A user can also
check its balance on the go by dialing *100# (green button) from his cellular phone.
Q. How do I know when my credit is low?
Ans: *101*Voucher Code# (green button).
Q. How can I access my voice mails?
Ans: Your mailbox is your personal answering machine if you are
unable to get to the phone or do not pick up a call within 20 seconds. The mailbox
is installed by default. To access your mailbox, speed dial 9911 from your mobile.
Your mailbox will record messages lasting up to 2 hours and will store them for
a period of up to 14 days. You will be sent a text message free of charge every
time a message is left in your mailbox.
Q. What Are the Shipping Charges?
Ans: We provide standard FedEx shipping at $15.00, two day FedEx shipping at
