At RebelFone, we realize part of any great shopping experience includes the prompt and safe delivery of your purchase. All our shipments are delivered with a tracking number and require signature confirmation.

Processing & Shipping Times

Your orders are processed and shipped nearer to your departure date. Packages are shipped daily Monday through Friday only, shipping time will depend on the shipping method you have chosen. Orders with multiple SIM cards will be billed a single shipping fee only. Shipping charges are added during the checkout process.

All deliveries require a signature from the receiver for your protection. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. If no Adult is available, you can specify to ship via Canada Post in the comment box at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

An e-mail notification will be sent the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. You can track your order using the following tracking links if applicable.

Tax and Duties

For delivery outside Continental United States Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country, you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.
