Q. 1 .What are the different profiles available on my world prepaid SIM?
Ans: Your World Prepaid SIM card has two profiles for your convenience. While roaming in all countries except USA, use your Global Profile which activates your +44 number. When you are in USA, use your US profile. This activates your +1 number. If you wish to receive calls on your US number while in other Countries simple forward your calls to your +44 number. Please note that $0.25 will be charged per minute to receive calls on roaming on your US profile.
Steps:
When you switch on your phone you will see a menu with options.
- For USA - Select "US Profile"
- For all other countries - Select "Global Profile"
Q. 2. How will I get my US number?
Ans: Your USA number will be assigned to you for the first time when you use your SIM card within USA under USA profile. A free text message will be send to you automatically with the USA number.
Q. 3. Where is the cell phone number of my prepaid SIM card?
Ans: we will be sending you your phone number along with the tracking
details of the shipment nearer to your departure date.
Q. 4. Are all incoming calls free? Does that mean "from anywhere"?
Ans: Incoming calls are free in about 75 countries. In these countries its free from all destinations. It is chargeable in other countries as shown in the pricing. Please see detailed pricing for the same.
Q. 5. If the SIM card is prepaid then how do I add airtime?
Ans: You can recharge your prepaid card by either by contacting
our customer support at 1-800-375-7163 or by login to your account on the Rebelfone
website.
Q. 6. Can I purchase additional airtime with my SIM card?
Ans: You may purchase as much additional airtime as needed for
the World prepaid SIM card.
Q. 7. I am not able to login into my account?
Ans: Please make sure that you are entering your correct Username
(World prepaid phone number) and password (PUK number). If the same problem persists,
then there are chances that your number has been deactivated due to low balance.

Q. 8. I am not able to recharge online?
Ans: Please make sure that you entering your correct credit card

Q. 9. My number is not working in USA?
Ans:It is mandatory to activate USA profile while in USA else your
handsets will not catch any network. Once activated you can use either the USA or
the Global Roaming Profile of your choice.
Q. 10. Which profile should I use in Europe?
Ans: In Europe you should use the Global Profile, which
is the prime roaming profile. Please note: In Italy it is mandatory to use Prime
roaming profile, else there will be no network coverage.
Q. 11. My Handset is not catching Network?
Ans:If you are unable to receive a network on your phone, do a
manual search for a network according to the instruction booklet provided with the
phone and select our partner network in that country.
Q. 12. When I am dialing any number, it says “call not allowed”?
Ans:This is pretty normal message as this is a call back card.
Please wait for a while and you would be connected to the desired number.
Q. 13. What is a Call Back SIM card?
Ans:Call Back SIM cards works in multiple destinations. The card
has different method for outgoing calls, i.e when the caller makes the outgoing
call, the call gets disconnected and then within 10 seconds the caller receives
a call back on this number. On picking this call, the call gets connected.
